Residence at Diakoftis-Petra area :
The second residence is near to Chora at a unique point with a marvelous view over Petra area and Diakoftis area.
It’s a building of 300m2 in a big land of 4500m2 and 150m2 distance from two beaches, Petra and Diakoftis, with sunrise and sunset view.
Villa consists of two levels,
At the first level there are living room area, kitchen area , a WC and two spacious master bedrooms ,all areas have direct access through an large internal yard with a large pool and a beautiful view to the Aegean Sea.
The second level exists of two large master bedrooms plus one smaller and an extra room for laundry area.
At the entrance of the villa there is an old threshing floor which the main archeological department “obligate us” to keep and preserve it.
